lose fatI provide one-on-one personal training by appointment in a private training studio, combining expert instruction and state-of-the-art equipment to help you achieve your best in fitness and health with as little as one or two twenty-minute workouts per week.
During your initial consultation we will discuss your health and fitness goals and relevant health and exercise history to determine the best program for you. Then I will explain the workout process and the general safety considerations for exercise before instructing you in the performance of several exercises.
During the following sessions you will learn additional exercises as well as nutrition and lifestyle principles and strategies for achieving your goals. Over the course of your program I will continuously evaluate your progress and make adaptations based on your body’s response to exercise to keep your workouts as productive, efficient and safe as possible.

Anti-Sarcopenia and Improved Bone Strength
Designed to improve muscle and bone strength (density/mineral content) over the full-body, with particular emphasis on critical, often neglected areas such as the spine (neck and low back).
Post Physical Therapy/Rehab
Physical therapy programs often expire when insurance benefits and/or doctor prescriptions run out. Also, many therapy programs emphasize treatment of symptoms rather than correction of the inherent problem. Therefore, many times patients are released from treatment still possessing limitations and in need of further assistance with their problem. They are not ready or equipped to be turned loose on their own in a commercial health club or fitness center.
I will work with you to design a program catered to your needs and physical limitations and insure all the exercises in your program are appropriate and safe for you.
I offer a free one-hour initial consultation and workout (Central, FL residents only) and personal training sessions can be purchased individually or in packages.
Body composition evaluation and nutritional guidance are included at no additional charge, and I will not pressure you to purchase unnecessary and overpriced nutritional supplements like many other local personal trainers.
