Starting this month I will be hosting monthly high intensity training video seminars via Skype for a limited number of participants. These will be on the last Saturday of every month from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST. In these video seminars I will teach and answer your questions about more advanced high intensity training principles, concepts, and techniques and topics, ranging from bodybuilding and fat loss to athletic training and rehabilitation. Because participation in each monthly seminar is limited to only twenty-five people on a first-come basis sign up early to reserve your spot. A free Skype account is required to participate.
The February 2016 video seminar will be held Saturday the 27th at 12:00 pm EST and the topic will be the relationship between exercise form and intensity, and how to modify or improve your form to increase the effectiveness, efficiency and safety of an exercise.
